Due to the digital nature of our products, **all ebook purchases are final and non-refundable**. Once an ebook has been delivered to your account or device, we cannot accept returns or process refunds.

This no-refund policy exists because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as they can be easily duplicated after delivery.

- Technical delivery failure where the ebook was not successfully delivered to your account

- Accidental duplicate purchases of the identical title
